Latitude 20 Homes brings home Two Awards at the QLD Master Builders Awards

What a night!

The entire Latitude 20 team was proud and excited to be taking home 2 Awards from this years QLD Master Builders Housing & Construction Awards, held in Mackay in August 2018.

The team walked away with awards for Best Residential Kitchen for the custom new home built for Rick & Natasha Revolon, and the Ken & Nola Clark Perpetual Award for Quality Workmanship.

More than 400 businesses attended the event at the Mackay Entertainment Centre. Consisting of about 40 categories, the awards recognise excellence in construction, display homes, individual homes and more.

It was the first time for Latitude to receive an award for Best Residential Kitchen in one of our new homes. The 5 month project was carried out with the help of local contractors and the winning kitchen was built by a local cabinetmaker Scott Gummow Kitchens.

The Ken & Nola Clark award is a perpetual award that attendees don't nominate for. It is given to a builder that displays quality workmanship throughout all projects they've entered into the awards.

It targets the quality of the build, over the style or the value and targets the overall body of work as opposed to a single component.

This award serves as a great validation to the attention to detail and care that goes into our new homes.
